A Historic Showcase

For 79 years, the Salt Lake Parade of Homes, hosted by the Salt Lake Home Builders Association, has inspired homeowners and design lovers with innovative homes. This year, we’re celebrating with homes in Salt Lake County and Tooele County, and one must-see remodel. From cozy 1,800-square-foot gems to the largest passive house in the country at 14,000 square feet, our builders are redefining modern living.
