The 2026 Salt Lake Parade of Homes is celebrating its 80th Anniversary with an unforgettable showcase running July 31–August 15. As the nation’s very first Parade of Homes, launched in 1946, this milestone year promises to be one of our most spectacular yet, featuring 27 extraordinary homes across Salt Lake County and Tooele County, including a remarkable remodel you won't want to miss.

Since 1946, the Salt Lake Parade of Homes, proudly presented by the Salt Lake Home Builders Association, has inspired homeowners, designers, and dreamers with fresh ideas, innovative craftsmanship, and breathtaking design. This year’s anniversary edition continues that legacy with a standout collection of homes—ranging from 2,100 to over 15,000 square feet—each showcasing the brilliance of Utah’s top builders.

Tickets will be available at SaltLakeParade.com or via our free mobile app, featuring maps and a “plan my day” tool. The Parade runs daily from 12 to 9 PM (closed Sundays and Mondays).
Garage Exhibitor Booths
- Garage Exhibitor Booths are available in select homes for the duration of the Parade.
- Booths are 10'x'10' and priced at $600.
- A limited number of booth are available in the following Parade homes:
